Our fire claw Ceramic flap discs are designed for low-pressure cleaning, surface preparation, and finishing. They include extra-sharp alumina Ceramic mineral on sturdy cotton flaps. As the cloth flaps wear away, leaving a smooth surface, the overlapping fabric flaps extend the durability and gradually reveal fresh ceramic mineral for continuing sharp cutting.

Product Details
Ceramic Pro Flap Disc, a workhorse for metal fabrication, removes stock quickly and aggressively without sacrificing polish. Especially in paint preparation and stainless steel fabrication, where polish and gouge resistance are crucial, it is perfect for a wide range of moderate to medium-high pressure applications.
In operations on stainless steel and steel alloys, a grinding assist on the disc lowers grinding temperatures for best results and prolonged disc life.
