We braze diamond mineral to the steel core's rim using a special alloy, creating a stronger, longer-lasting bond than electroplated diamond wheels.
Even after the diamond mineral has been attached to the wheel, brazing aids in its exposure. Our cut-off wheels' ability to cut and remove flash is in part due to the exposed mineral, which results in a sharper, more aggressive cutting action. Additionally, brazing reduces loading by enabling debris to flow off the wheel more easily, keeping the wheel cool and promoting clean cuts.
